Vereador <strong>Sr. Jos\u00e9 Marcelino Monteiro da Silva<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, na Sess\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria de 14\/02\/2017, depois de ouvido o Plen\u00e1rio, e cumprindo as normas regimentais, requer \u00e0 Mesa Diretora que seja solicitado ao Exmo. Sr. Jo\u00e3o Mendon\u00e7a Bezerra Jatob\u00e1, Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio e, extensivamente, ao Sr. Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9 Costa da Rocha, Secret\u00e1rio de Desenvolvimento Rural e Meio Ambiente, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de um ve\u00edculo dotado de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o, destinado ao transporte de carnes do Matadouro \u00e0 Central de Abastecimento e aos Frigor\u00edficos Particulares desta cidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>JUSTIFICATIVA<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualmente, o transporte de carnes do Matadouro de Belo Jardim \u00e9 feito em um caminh\u00e3o ba\u00fa, sem refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o, e sem nenhuma condi\u00e7\u00f5es de higiene. Tendo em vista a temperatura bastante elevada por falta de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o do caminh\u00e3o ba\u00fa, acarreta na perda da qualidade da carne que \u00e9 consumida para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, levando s\u00e9rios preju\u00edzos aos marchantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caso aprovado, d\u00ea conhecimento ao Sr. Prefeito, ao Sr. Secret\u00e1rio de Desenvolvimento Rural e Meio Ambiente, ao Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rurais, aos marchantes, aos Blogs, aos jornais Tribuna e Enfoco, e as r\u00e1dios Bitury e Itacait\u00e9 FM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sala das Sess\u00f5es, 14 de fevereiro de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Jos\u00e9 Marcelino Monteiro da Silva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Vereador<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Exmo.
