DE LEI N\u00ba 041\/2017 DO PODER EXECUTIVO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O PRESIDENTE DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE BELO JARDIM, <\/strong>Estado de Pernambuco, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e encaminha para sans\u00e3o ou veto do Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio o seguinte Projeto de Lei:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>Acrescido o artigo 67-A a Lei n\u00ba 3.184 de 04 de outubro de 2017\u00e9 acrescida da seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Se\u00e7\u00e3o II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Das Altera\u00e7\u00f5es na Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art.67 \u2013 A. <\/strong>Para o amplo exerc\u00edcio da prerrogativa estabelecida no art. 11 da LRF, dever\u00e1 ser dinamizado o setor tribut\u00e1rio da Prefeitura, ficando o Chefe do Poder Executivo autorizado a modernizar o pr\u00e9dio, instala\u00e7\u00f5es e equipamentos, contratar pessoal para atender ao excepcional interesse p\u00fablico, locar sistemas informatizados, contratar servi\u00e7os especializados e tomar outras provid\u00eancias, com o objetivo de aumentar a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e cobrar eficientemente a d\u00edvida ativa tribut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>Altera o artigo 91 da Lei n\u00ba3.184 de 04 de outubro de 2017 da seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 91 \u2013<\/strong>Fica autorizada a concess\u00e3o de qualquer vantagem ou aumento de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de cargos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es ou altera\u00e7\u00e3o de estrutura de carreiras, bem como a admiss\u00e3o ou contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal, a qualquer t\u00edtulo, para atender ao inciso II do \u00a7 1\u00ba do art. 169, assim como ao inciso X do art. 37, da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>Acrescidos os \u00a7 4\u00ba, 5\u00ba e 6\u00ba ao artigo 92, a Lei n\u00ba 3.184 de 04 de outubro de 2017 \u00e9 acrescida da seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>4\u00ba. <\/strong>Para as despesas que j\u00e1 estejam previstas na margem de expans\u00e3o das despesas obrigat\u00f3rias, quando da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de projeto de lei para sua concess\u00e3o n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 necessidade de demonstrar o impacto or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio-financeiro.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 5\u00ba.<\/strong> Fica o Poder Executivo autorizado a conceder abono para atendimento das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es do art. 22 da Lei Federal n\u00ba 11.494, de 20 de julho de 2007, bem como para pagar o valor do sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo definido no inciso IV do art. 7\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, at\u00e9 a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de Lei Municipal contemplando o reajuste.<\/li>\n<li><strong> 6\u00ba.<\/strong> Os abonos concedidos ser\u00e3o compensados quando da concess\u00e3o de revis\u00e3o e reajustes, devendo constar os crit\u00e9rios nas leis espec\u00edficas que concederem as revis\u00f5es e os reajustes respectivos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong>Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>Revogam-se \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align:
