{"id":8530,"date":"2018-03-28T11:55:54","date_gmt":"2018-03-28T14:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/belojardim.pe.leg.br\/portal\/?p=8530"},"modified":"2018-09-25T10:57:41","modified_gmt":"2018-09-25T13:57:41","slug":"rojeto-de-lei-no-011-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/belojardim.pe.leg.br\/portal\/rojeto-de-lei-no-011-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJETO DE LEI N\u00ba 011\/2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ementa:\u00a0<strong><em>Disp\u00f5e sobre a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de queimadas nos lotes urbanos do Munic\u00edpio de Belo Jardim, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O <strong>Vereador Eduardo Bruno da Silva Galv\u00e3o<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, com esteio nos artigos 16, inciso I, e 131, <em>caput, <\/em>do Regimento Interno, assim como no artigo 13, inciso I, al\u00ednea \u201ce\u201d, da Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, submete \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o desta Casa Legislativa o seguinte Projeto de Lei:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Fica proibida a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de queimadas para limpeza de terrenos e a incinera\u00e7\u00e3o de lixo ou detritos nos lotes urbanos do Munic\u00edpio de Belo Jardim.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico<\/strong>. A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de que trata o <em>caput <\/em>\u00e9 de observ\u00e2ncia cogente pelos populares, loteadores, empres\u00e1rios, e pelo Poder P\u00fablico Municipal.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>A infra\u00e7\u00e3o ao disposto nesta Lei sujeitar\u00e1 o particular infrator ao pagamento de multa.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>1\u00ba<\/strong>. O Poder Executivo Municipal regulamentar\u00e1 a presente lei, por Decreto, no prazo de 60 (sessenta) dias ap\u00f3s sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>2\u00ba<\/strong>. Na hip\u00f3tese de inexist\u00eancia de previs\u00e3o na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal tribut\u00e1ria, no Plano Diretor ou no C\u00f3digo de Posturas que se amolde \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da multa prescrita no artigo 2\u00ba, dever\u00e1 o Poder Executivo, no prazo da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, apresentar propositura legislativa que a possibilite.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Belo jardim (PE), 22 de mar\u00e7o de 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Eduardo Bruno da Silva Galv\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vereador | Autor<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ementa:\u00a0Disp\u00f5e sobre a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de queimadas nos lotes urbanos do Munic\u00edpio de Belo Jardim, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.
