{"id":7880,"date":"2018-08-23T09:11:48","date_gmt":"2018-08-23T12:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/belojardim.pe.leg.br\/portal\/?p=7880"},"modified":"2018-09-14T09:15:59","modified_gmt":"2018-09-14T12:15:59","slug":"projeto-de-lei-no-031-2018-de-autoria-do-vereador-nilton-senhorinho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/belojardim.pe.leg.br\/portal\/projeto-de-lei-no-031-2018-de-autoria-do-vereador-nilton-senhorinho\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJETO DE LEI N\u00ba 031\/2018 DE AUTORIA DO VEREADOR NILTON SENHORINHO"},"content":{"rendered":"<table style=\"font-size: 16px;\" width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><em>Disp\u00f5e sobre a obrigatoriedade de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana em novos loteamentos ou parcelamentos e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias. <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O PRESIDENTE DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE BELO JARDIM, <\/strong>Estado de Pernambuco, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e encaminha para sans\u00e3o ou veto do Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio o seguinte Projeto de Lei:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de novos empreendimentos que parcelem o solo, sejam eles p\u00fablicos ou privados, al\u00e9m das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no Plano Diretor de Desenvolvimento Urbano \u2013 PDDU, fica condicionada \u00e0 apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana para os locais de interven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico \u2013 <\/strong>O projeto de que trata o caput deste artigo dever\u00e1 ser elaborado por profissional devidamente habilitado por seu conselho profissional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana, bem como seu acompanhamento e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, ficar\u00e1 a cargo dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais ligados \u00e0s \u00e1reas ambiental e de desenvolvimento urbano, competentes para este fim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana \u00e9 de responsabilidade do empreendedor, e seu custo integra o valor total do empreendimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>O projeto de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o urbana deve conter as quest\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas agron\u00f4micas b\u00e1sicas e par\u00e2metros sobre arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o, tais como:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 Espa\u00e7amento entre as esp\u00e9cies, irriga\u00e7\u00e3o, dist\u00e2ncia de esquina, postes e elementos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, tamanho dos ber\u00e7os, aduba\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica e org\u00e2nica, tutoramento, prote\u00e7\u00e3o, capinas, podas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 Contemplar as cal\u00e7adas drenantes ou ecol\u00f3gicas que contenham no m\u00ednimo 1m (metro) de largura e o maior comprimento poss\u00edvel, respeitando-se as necessidades de espa\u00e7o de entrada de garagem, entrada da resid\u00eancia e outros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>As \u00e1rvores dever\u00e3o ser escolhidas entre as esp\u00e9cies nativas e ex\u00f3ticas, permitindo-se a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de frut\u00edferas, especialmente aquelas adaptadas \u00e0 flora regional, sendo aceit\u00e1vel a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de esp\u00e9cies ex\u00f3ticas na porcentagem m\u00e1xima de 50% (cinquenta por cento).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 6\u00ba &#8211; <\/strong>A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de que trata esta lei \u00e9 de responsabilidade do empreendedor e ser\u00e1 executada pelo espa\u00e7o de tempo m\u00ednimo de dois anos.
