O Processo tem in\u00edcio com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Requerimento n\u00ba 081\/2018 de autoria do Vereador Sr. Eduardo Bruno da Silva Galv\u00e3o, o qual foi aprovado em vota\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica no dia 10 de maio de 2018, por unanimidade dos Vereadores presentes, e apresentou como objeto requerer \u00e0 Casa a Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI) a fim de apurar os seguintes ind\u00edcios de cometimento de infra\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtico-administrativa e de atos de improbidade perpetrados pelo Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio de Belo Jardim, o Sr. Francisco H\u00e9lio de Melo Santos:
\nFuncion\u00e1rios Fantasmas. Nepotismo. Desvio de Finalidade e de Verbas P\u00fablicas em contrata\u00e7\u00f5es fraudulentas. Promo\u00e7\u00e3o Pessoal. \u2013 Relata a exist\u00eancia de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es por favor pol\u00edtico, indicando nomes, e de situa\u00e7\u00f5es caracter\u00edsticas de funcion\u00e1rios fantasmas em detrimento do er\u00e1rio; promo\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal atrav\u00e9s de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de cestas b\u00e1sicas pagas com recursos p\u00fablicos, e publiciza\u00e7\u00e3o nos sites e perfil oficial do munic\u00edpio no Facebook, em afronta ao princ\u00edpio da impessoalidade; ind\u00edcios da pr\u00e1tica de nepotismo; utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de s\u00edmbolos pol\u00edtico-partid\u00e1rios nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas e nos documentos oficiais, inclusive com uso de cores partid\u00e1rias, em franca promo\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal, etc.<\/p>\n

01\/06\/2018<\/strong>
\nNo dia 01 de junho de 2018 foi publicado o Ato da Presid\u00eancia n\u00ba 002\/2018 que designou os Vereadores que comporiam a Comiss\u00e3o e, na 1\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o da referida comiss\u00e3o ocorrida aos cinco dias do mesmo m\u00eas, foram designados o Vereador Sr. Jos\u00e9 Nilton da Silva Senhorinho para Presidente, o Sr. Eduardo Bruno da Silva Galv\u00e3o como Relator e o Sr. Euno Andrade da Silva Filho para como Membro.<\/p>\n

\"\"11\/06\/2018<\/strong>
\nNa segunda Reuni\u00e3o da CPI que aconteceu aos 11 dias do m\u00eas de junho, ficou determinado que fossem solicitados a algumas institui\u00e7\u00f5es uma s\u00e9rie de documentos e relat\u00f3rios para posterior an\u00e1lise, bem como foram emitidas intima\u00e7\u00f5es para duas testemunhas a fim de prestarem depoimento.<\/p>\n

\nA Terceira Reuni\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito tem in\u00edcio com a oitiva das duas testemunhas intimadas na reuni\u00e3o anterior e, ap\u00f3s novas delibera\u00e7\u00f5es, foram emitidas intima\u00e7\u00f5es convocando duas novas testemunhas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
