Estiveram presentes a Dra. Luciana Almeida da Costa Pontes, Delegada Regional, Sr. Isaque Bento Barbosa, Major Sub Comandante do 15\u00ba BPM, Sr. S\u00e9rgio Roberto Gomes da Silva, Capit\u00e3o da PM 1\u00aa CPM e, o Secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Obras, Sr. Marcos Ant\u00f4nio Carlos.<\/p>\n<p>O Autor da propositura, Vereador Z\u00e9 Gury Jr, na ocasi\u00e3o, iniciou suas palavras discorrendo sobre a necessidade da audi\u00eancia, afirmando que essa discuss\u00e3o trar\u00e1 respostas para uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o que clama por seguran\u00e7a diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual de Belo Jardim e da urg\u00eancia de uma tomada de provid\u00eancias. Encerrou a sua fala agradecendo a presen\u00e7a das autoridades e explicou que como Vereador, por ser o agente p\u00fablico mais pr\u00f3ximo da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, sentiu a necessidade de solicitar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o daquele momento.<\/p>\n<p>O baixo efetivo policial, tanto civil quanto militar; a falta de equipamentos; car\u00eancia da ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica; ociosidade dos jovens por falta de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para englobar crian\u00e7as e adolescentes em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco; o hor\u00e1rio de atendimento da Delegacia Regional e Municipal e a morosidade no atendimento por parte da pol\u00edcia civil foram algumas das problem\u00e1ticas discutidas.<\/p>\n<p>A delegada regional relatou que pelo baixo efetivo existente, disp\u00f5e apenas de uma equipe por plant\u00e3o para atender a (9) nove cidades. Esclareceu ainda que, incluindo ela, existem apenas cinco delegados para suprir as necessidades de toda a regi\u00e3o, o que torna&nbsp; o atendimento ao p\u00fablico bastante lento trazendo uma morosidade a elucida\u00e7\u00e3o dos casos.<br \/>\nO Sub Comandante, Major Isaac, relatou o d\u00e9ficit de efetivo, demonstrando que para os servi\u00e7os serem realizados de maneira eficaz o 15\u00ba BPM deveria contar com 451 policiais e na realidade o quadro atual de efetivos daquele quartel \u00e9 composto por cerca de 200 policiais, consequentemente a quantidade de viaturas nas ruas \u00e9 reduzido, prejudicando rondas como a Patrulha do Bairro e a Patrulha Rural. Enfatizou ainda que havia recebido quatro motocicletas e que ap\u00f3s um longo per\u00edodo sem esses ve\u00edculos os servi\u00e7os da ROCAM passar\u00e3o a ser normalizados.<br \/>\nJ\u00e1 o Secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Obras, Sr. Marcos Ant\u00f4nio Carlos usou da palavra para declarar que vem se esfor\u00e7ando para regularizar os pontos da Cidade com falhas na ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o; comentou na oportunidade que por ser uma nova gest\u00e3o, precisa de algum tempo para a compra de materiais que se dar\u00e1 atrav\u00e9s de processo licitat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Os demais vereadores fizeram \u00e0s autoridades uma s\u00e9rie de indaga\u00e7\u00f5es e tamb\u00e9m demonstraram total preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com os altos \u00edndices de viol\u00eancia em nosso munic\u00edpio, cobrando assim medidas urgentes para reduzir a criminalidade.<\/p>\n<p>De uma forma geral, ficou claro que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entres todos os poderes p\u00fablicos e principalmente a sociedade com a finalidade de criar mecanismo para propiciar as crian\u00e7as e jovens uma ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o mais construtiva e longe das drogas e da criminalidade.&nbsp; Por fim, ficou acertado que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 os vereadores de Belo Jardim, mas das demais cidades que comp\u00f5em o 15\u00ba BPM solicitar\u00e3o Audi\u00eancia P\u00fablica com urg\u00eancia ao Governador de
