Desde ent\u00e3o, governos utilizam esta data hist\u00f3rica como refer\u00eancia para implementarem pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>E em Belo Jardim n\u00e3o foi diferente. Dentre as atividades desenvolvidas pela Prefeitura Municipal, teve destaque o plantio de \u00e1rvores realizado pela Autarquia de Ensino de Belo Jardim \u2013 AEB em toda \u00e1rea de seu campus. Esp\u00e9cies como ip\u00ea e aroeira, dentre outras \u00e1rvores nativas, foram plantadas e ser\u00e3o de fundamental import\u00e2ncia para a arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o local. De acordo com a Professora Merc\u00eas, Diretora da Autarquia, ser\u00e3o plantadas mais de 150 \u00e1rvores e a expectativa \u00e9 de utilizar a \u00e1rea AEB para plantar esp\u00e9cies em risco de extin\u00e7\u00e3o que sejam nativas de nosso bioma, a caatinga.<\/p>\n<p>A C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Belo Jardim participou deste momento e na ocasi\u00e3o o Secret\u00e1rio da Casa, Juliano Silva, junto com a Professora Merc\u00eas plantaram uma muda de ip\u00ea.
