{"id":10660,"date":"2016-05-09T11:05:14","date_gmt":"2016-05-09T14:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/belojardim.pe.leg.br\/portal\/?p=10660"},"modified":"2018-10-19T11:08:02","modified_gmt":"2018-10-19T14:08:02","slug":"projeto-de-lei-no-044-de-06-de-maio-de-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/belojardim.pe.leg.br\/portal\/projeto-de-lei-no-044-de-06-de-maio-de-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJETO DE LEI N\u00ba. 044, DE 06 DE MAIO DE 2016."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ementa:\u00a0Altera dispositivo da Lei n\u00ba 2.105, de 27 de dezembro de 2013 \u2013 C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O PRESIDENTE DA C\u00c2MARA MUNICIPAL DO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE BELO JARDIM, Estado de Pernambuco, <\/strong>no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es conferidas pela Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal aprovou e encaminha para sans\u00e3o ou veto do Prefeito do Munic\u00edpio o seguinte projeto de lei:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Art. 1\u00ba<\/em><\/strong><em> &#8211; <\/em>\u00a0O caput do artigo 372, da Lei n\u00ba 2.105, de 27 de dezembro de 2013, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cArt. 372. <\/strong>\u00a0A administra\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria poder\u00e1 exigir das administradoras de cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito declara\u00e7\u00e3o de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito ou d\u00e9bito em estabelecimentos credenciados, prestadores de servi\u00e7os, localizados no Munic\u00edpio de Belo Jardim, PE\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Esta Lei entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sala da Presid\u00eancia, 25 de maio de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Gilvandro Estrela de Oliveira<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Presidente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ementa:\u00a0Altera dispositivo da Lei n\u00ba 2.105, de 27 de dezembro de 2013 \u2013 C\u00f3digo Tribut\u00e1rio Municipal.
